Brandi starts the show with a reminder that the joy we can find in the world when we remember those who are no longer with us, with a reminder not to wait until people are gone to share your appreciation with them. Then Brandi and producer Luke discuss how difficult it can be to have tough conversations when we don't practice having them, especially right now with so much going on in the news.

Brandi then takes a look at some of the national news going on with a speech from Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett on how to best address waste, fraud and corruption. It is a breathe of fresh air from a rising star in Congress.

After that, Brandi takes a dive into the local politics and tea for a look at what went on behind the scenes for grants awarded by the city for organizations providing senior services. And Brandi talks about what happens when you google yourself, and the rabbit hole that can cause.
