Matt Flynn, former chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, joins us for most of the hour. Our democracy faces grave threats as the 47th President of this nation seeks to subvert our Constitution, isolate us from our allies, and disregard the will of We the People. And is it possible- is it AT ALL possible- that our President is a Russian asset? Matt Flynn, known firebrand for democracy and fierce opponent to fascism and Communism says "Yes." When asked what Trump would do if he were or were not a Russian asset, Matt lays out exactly what Trump would do were he NOT. And it turns out Trump's not doing any of that. His actions instead align with someone intent on furthering the objectives of Putin, a known dictator, while isolating the United States and We the People from our allies. Scary stuff.

Still, we end the day with something good. Because we need the good. We need the reminders that amidst the chaos and the uncertainty and the fear, we have each other. And there are good moments worth cherishing, sharing, and preserving.
