Ithaca won 10-7 over visiting North Crawford on the final night of the Ridge and Valley baseball season. The Bulldogs started strong with seven runs in the first two innings. The Trojans bounced back with a four-run third inning. The score stayed at 7-4 until a three-run outburst in the sixth inning for Ithaca.
The Richland Center softball team defeated Dodgeville 1-0 in a Southwest Conference game on May 16. The host Hornets continue improved play on the season as they handed the Dodgers a first conference loss after 8 wins to start the season.
